• Response Deadline to SCS: 8:00 a.m. CT on October 12th, 2026
• Position Type: New Position/Full-Time
• Duration:  Initial Period: 11/09/2026 – 06/30/2027 with possibility of extension
• Maximum # of Bids (Candidate Responses) per Participant:  2
• Fees:  The VMS fee (1.50%) and the SCS fee will be deducted from your bid rate.
• Availability:  All candidates submitted must be available to start within 2 weeks of an offer from the client.

Right to Represent:  All candidates must sign the SCS RTR which is required by the VMS.  Please ensure your candidate is not being submitted by another prime vendor.  Multiple submission of the same candidate results in disqualification (with no option to replace said candidate).
